this is for a friend in need. helping out a friend that needs a place to rent. Just needs a room to rent. Honest hard working guy. Only speaks spanish but can get around a few english words. I am sorry to tell you that there is NO places in Long Beach with a rent as low as $250.

Good luck with that! You could try craigslist.org - they have a section of people looking for roommates. You could also try roommates.com, I think even rent.com has a section for roommates.
