What is an example of an average Fire Fighter's work schedule in Long Beach, CA?
I am in the Marine Corps. Been in for 1 year and a half. I am thinking of becoming a Fire Fighter when I get out. So I want an example of what type of schedule they have (hours per week, hours per shift, etc.) because I don't want a job with terrible hours. 50 hours a week wouldn't be too bad for me. Also, I am excluding extra hours I put in for emergencies. Please Help..............

When I lived in Long Beach and had a fire fighter for a neighbor it was 24 hours on followed by 48 off.

When im older, i hope to move to Long Beach & Work in a office working for ibanez. Designing New and more interesting fret-boards for basses. But are there any Big Ibanez Companies in CA? Thanks, Also could you leaave the address in you know it?
